During the course of 1998 an exercise was conducted by SPAR to identify original equipment suppliers in the internal traction equipment market who could partner with us to supply and maintain our requirements in our Distribution Centres.

Stingray purchased from Goscor 1 x Bendi articulated forklift over 5 years ago and another just over a year ago; we also rent 2 other standard forklifts from Goscor and have purchased multiple pallet jacks.

The Bendi’s narrow aisle capabilities allowed Stingray to install 30% more pallet positions within our new warehouses than we initially expected. The extra pallet positions has given us more flexibility and increased efficiency within the warehouse.

Goscor have not only assisted Stingray with quality machinery & equipment but have also trained our staff on how best to maintain this valuable equipment. The Goscor service teams are a pleasure deal with; we have never had to wait long for technicians to arrive. If for whatever reason they are not able to repair the machine within 24 hours, they will replace the machine immediately with the same or similar model.

We are very happy with the quality product and service we have received from Goscor and will not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

He diagnosed the fault, moved the machine into the designated area and promised that the machine would be repaired by 11h00 the following day!
