National Aftermarket Manager

Job Role
The successful candidates’ core function will be Managing and Leading all aspects of our Aftermarket business nationally.
Responsibilities:
- P/L responsibility for Aftermarket business
- Day to day operation of Service Department
- Service Support both to service staff and customers.
- Product Support to service staff and customers
- Training for technicians and customers
- Assist in all field service-related issues.
- Installations / Commissioning of equipment
- Plant design
- Technical Support to staff and customers
- Site visits / Meeting with Customers regarding quotes and onsite issues – service and rental related
- Growth of Rental business and New Equipment business.
- Problem solving with technicians and customers.
- Assisting office staff with quoting / costing
- Review and manage monthly invoicing.
- Report and Warranty management with report writing and engaging directly with Sullair.
- Budget planning, review and presentation – reporting into
- Manco meeting.
- Electrical and Diesel equipment (support and service)
Qualifications and Competencies Required:
- Technical Diploma/Certificate N5/6 level, Trade Qualification – Millwright
- Business Management training certificate / diploma
- Must have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant working experience within the compressed air industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Autoline experience would be an advantage.
- Highly motivated, detailed orientated and customer focused.
- Good time management.
- Need to be able to work under pressure.
- Accountability and dependability are essential.
