GCAS and CS Instruments’ partnership has grown over the last year gaining current clients recognitions of this added benefit. CS Instruments conduct GCAS’s clients with an AIR AUDIT and leak detection. We do the site survey together discussing clients needs in terms of measuring

  1. Amount of FAD (free air delivery) of compressed air and vacuum would be required per application
  2. Leak detection audit in order to optimise current compressed air energy efficiency application

“Leakages are the main reason for the biggest waste of energy waste in compressed air systems.  Therefore, it is of utmost importance to detect and eliminate leakages frequently. “While compressed air is indeed a valuable resource, it can also be costly, especially if leaks are not addressed and proper maintenance is not conducted routinely on the system,” says Schultz. Clients do not always know what wrong or requirements are with their compressors and this partnership enables GCAS to more effectively service and equip their clients. CS Instruments has been one of the worlds leading manufacturers of measuring technology for compressed air and gasses. CS Instruments boasts that their long-term experience in production, supply and drying of compressed air contributes to research, development and production of innovative portable and stationary measuring instruments.

Since the partnership over the past year, clients are receiving this added service as beneficial as they do not always realise their leakages in the current compressed air and vacuum applications. We hope to see this initiative grow and keep current and future clients happy.
